Under different operating parameters, EDEM software is used to simulate the ridge leveling process, and the optimal working parameter combination of the ridge leveling device is obtained. The discrete element method is used to establish the soil model of the ridge structure, the soil particle contact model is selected and the simulation parameters are set. Aiming at the problems of tractor walking difficulty, large tillage resistance, poor flatness, and poor tillage depth consistency caused by the current greenhouse ridge cultivation planting mode in North China during rotary tillage operations, a four-head spiral machete and spiral blade combination were designed.
